Developing and maintaining a system for Out-Of-School time accreditation in Minnesota.

It's Time to Launch!

The Minnesota Afterschool Accreditation Project is ready for you!

The year long pilot for a state school age accreditation system in MN is now complete and ready for you to access!

Whether you are a school-age program or a early childhood program with a school-age room, this system of quality is for you!

Reflective of the National Afterschool Associations accreditation system of a team-driven self-study process the Minnesota Afterschool Accreditation Project (MAAP) process will guide you in your quest for quality programming for MN youth.

Download the Minnesota Afterschool Accreditation Overview and the MAAP Guide to then enroll in the MAAP system.
 
Once your application has been approved you will have access to the MAAP Manual and Observation Tool to begin your journey to quality.

Program representatives and coaches are invited to attend the monthly cohort meetings to support the accreditation process. See the 2010-2011 MAAP cohort and training document for dates and locations.
